What are allergies? It is when a person’s immune system reacts to substances in the environment (usually pollen) what don’t bother most people. Symptoms include stuffy or runny nose, cough, sneezing, fatigue and much more.
What can be done to beat allergies?

Nasal Barrier Vaseline or a similar ointment smeared around the entrance of your nose.
Sunglasses Why? Pollen enters primarily through your eyes and nose, sunglasses help act as a barrier and reduce bright light which may trigger allergic reactions, causing you to sneeze.
Honey It acts as a natural immunotherapy, giving your immune system a daily dose of the allergen and a chance to get used to it.
Shut the windows You usually open the windows to allow a nice breeze to come in. Unfortunately for allergy sufferers this will exacerbate the symptoms as it allows pollens to enter your space!
Change your sheets This is considered commonsense as it will remove the pollen that would be stuck to your clothes, sheets and pillows!
